I don't think it is a good idea. First of all we should not release anything in public if that is for commercial purpose unless we got approval. In your case you better ask Catooh. Also check if advertising of your music is ok with Catooh or not. Even in that case do not use full track use some part otherwise people will copy that and no one will buy right.

That all depends on the situation.

If you are talking about tracks created entirely from your own original material, I doubt there's an issue because YOU own the copyrights to that material.  However, if there is a clause in your contract with CATOOH that specifically forbids it, then you are bound by that contract.

In the same vein, if you are using material you PURCHASED from CATOOH, you are bound by the contract you agreed to when purchasing the media.

You are free to use any media from any soundpool collection, EXCEPT FOR SOUNDPOOL 17, for any purpose you wish..  For Soundpool 17 (and no doubt later releases), you would be required to purchase the Audio Pro Unlimited license in order to post the material publicly or for commercial purposes.
