Can I import songs in midi from a smart media card into Magix Music Studio 12 Deluxe and burn them to CD?

My yamaha keyboard has smart media storage. I would like to bypass the keyboard and use the computer's card reader to import files and burn them to a CD. Can Magix do that or do I need to use Yamaha software?

It really depends on the keyboard and how it saves the files. Some keyboards/mixers you can simply copy the files off and then they will open in the software.

Other keyboards you will need to output to their software and export the music, before you can open it ours.

I would advise to check your manual. Or give us the exact details of your keyboard.

Your question is not entirely clear.

Are you trying to burn the MIDI files to a CD, or do you intend to convert them to an audio file (such as MP3) in MMS first before burning to a CD?
