I'm afraid the answer would be "no". Like most any consumer-level video editing and DVD-burning software, Movie Edit Pro doesn't feature any possibilities to author a DVD with copy protection facilities on it. This is exclusive to professional, dedicated DVD-authoring systems, especially if we're talking about copy-protection methods that are actually somewhat effective and prevent at least the most simple DVD duplication software from doing its job.

I am completely agree with the answer ralftaro . Practically any person who is engaged in videoediting, without effort will copy ANY DVD-disk. Copying of the protected disks is a problem only for beginners. There are some free programs which allow to copy any disk.
