My S10e just updated on 2/13/2021, Android 11 Kernel 4.14.190_abG970USQU4FTLN and now my Camera MX WHICH was working now crashes everytime I try to open it.
I have cleared cache, cleared database, Uninstalled & reinstalled it with 4.7.200
Force rebooted phone
Stock camera works Ok (ver 11.0.01.20)

It is my understanding that Camera MX has not been updated recently and indeed it would appear that there will be no further development work carried out on the app. Unfortunately, therefore, I think you may need to look for another app!
Just out of interest, I downloaded and installed Camera MX to my Galaxy S10+, running the same Android version as you; it installed without problem, but would not open or run. So I uninstalled it!
