Burning DVD video disk

3Ghz desktop i5, 16GB memory, Windows 8.1, SSD.

After creating a Photostory Deluxe 2021 project, and previewing the project successfully, the BURNING of a DVD standard definition disk does not play well and appears to be buffering when played with erratic and repeat images displaying, and timing not the same as the project preview.

I have reburned various ways with the same results.

I checked my DVD/Blue Ray player with a commercial disk, and it plays just fine.

Help/need a solution, else the Photostory Deluxe software is of no use to me.

Thanks.

Hi

. . . . I checked my DVD/Blue Ray player with a commercial disk, and it plays just fine. . . .

Unfortunately this is not a valid test other than to prove the player will paly a commercial disc.

Commercial discs use a different manufacturing procress to writeable discs and there is no valid comparison.

This sounds like you have a bad disc - what brand and type of DVD disc are you using to write to and does the DVD player support the type?
