This should be relatively simple in MP3 Maker Deluxe.  First, find the appropriate folder so your wma files show up in the middle screen.  Drag the songs you want on the CD into the playlist on the right.  Click on the burn CD icon on the toolbar.  Now select audio CD from the options.  This will create a CDA from your wma files that will play on any CD player.
