burning a CD

When I burn a DVD, I get two identical videos running simultaneously, side by side, together on the screen. After trying unsuccessfully to burn a DVD on my own, I tried making a short trial version strictly using the DVD Wizard with the same result. What is going on?

Are you burning maybe a 3D (side-by-side) video?

In the Burn dialog, Encoder Settings, it should say Standard (2D)
