bruning to dvd

i use movie edit pro 14..... i edited my movie ...came time to bruns it ..the program tell me it will do 3 dvd ..it ok...when averything over afther 4 houres .the dvd image run up and down on the tv .sound it ok.. did try 3 times came out the same ..please help

You could check and make sure that you are burning in in NTSC rather than PAL. In the burn disc for DVD player dialog, click "Encoder settings" and then "Advanced". Under the Basic settings tab, under "Video format", make sure NTSC is selected. (You're posting in the US section, so I assume you're in the US/Canada - at any rate, make sure it's the correct format for your DVD player.) If PAL had been selected previously, make sure to pick "Reencode all" when the option is given to reencode your project into NTSC. Also, make sure to burn as slow as possible, x1 or x2 DVD and not faster than x4 DVD speed.
