Bought acid 11 . Whenever I open it it opens two copies of the program

Acid 11 opens up to exactly the same programs whenever I click it. I followed directions for finding samples in the loop library and still can't find them let alone use them also bought loops from the production planet site I can see them but I can't use them

I meant to say when I click acid icon , it opens 2 copy's of program....can't find loops that came with it or the loops I bought from production planet....I can see em, just can't use em
