Blur / blackout information

I have information in one of my videos that I would like to make hidden from viewers when I post on my website. How can I blur or put a blackbar and have it follow the information in my video so that it will not become known to everyone.

Place a black picture in the track under your information, and use the "Size and position", with "Keep proportions" unticked, to make the black pic. cover your text.
