searched my entire computer for BAK0.MP cannot find it anywhere this is truly annoying

I worked for almost 4 hrs on a project it was never saved, the computer crashed logged in not even something to say I working on something would like to have it restored

read the forum looked in the program setting there is not a tab there for security, so I cannot find the autosave

Been reading over and over where it should auto save, that's not happening

please instruct me I have the deluxe model 2014

@thefmgirl

Assuming you saved the project at some point during its creation, the backup files will be in the same folder as the saved project, and will have the format project name_BAK0.MP_ and may be numbered up to _BAK9.MP_

Note the filename extension has an underscore at the end.

If you did not save the project, which you should do at regular intervals, then the backups should be in the folder specified in the Programs setting, Paths tab, for the project file path and may be called Autosave.MP_
