Hi Doc and welcome to the user to user forums.

Assuming you mean you are using Video Easy. (sometimes people post under the wrong headings) it may be some time before you get an answer as not many of the users here use that program that I'm aware of. Is there no downloadable manual for it? I have found the tutorials page for you. It is here.

I can't find any mention of automatic editing. All I can find is here.

In Video easy there is only two features that you would call 'automatic edit'

The most likely you are referring to is using a movie template which automatically cuts the video etc - this is covered in the manual - see under Templates.

The other less likely option is Automatic scene recognition again this is covered in the manual.
