Audio is offset progressively worse as video is imported - HELP

iN mAGIX 11 - my audio imports offset in different areas and it seems to get progressively worse.

How do you import the video? Is this a file-import then, or are you capturing from your miniDV camera or an analog medium? If it's a file-import, what file format and video codec are you importing?
