I started working on a movie project a few months ago, and due to my schedule, I have not been able to work on it for the last 6 weeks.

I opened the project, and was able to do some editing with the elements that are in the project - some tightening up - and added some text.  Then I was ready to start importing some audio that I had recorded (same audio format that I used previously in the project)... but the file would not import.  I tried to import some video, and again, it would not import.

I started a new project from scratch - and I was able to import audio and video.  Did something happen to my settings over those 6 weeks with my project?  I have over 200 elements in the project so far so I really dont want to start over.
