Are Vita 2 VST Instruments and the other Vita Solo VST Instruments considered 64 Bit; and can they be used outside of Magix products?

I'm using Samplitude Music Studio 2014 and I wanted to know; are Vita 2 VST Instruments and the other Vita Solo VST Instruments considered 64 Bit; and can they be used outside of Magix products?

Thanks in advance for any assistance!

I can't speak to your first question other than to ask...Is not the MAGIX software designed to function on both 32-bit and 64-bit operating systems?

As to the second point....technically NO.  When you decided to use the MAGIX software you in fact agreed to abide by the restrictions of the EULA (end user license agreement).  The MAGIX website does not offer one specific to Samplitude Music Studio, but I'm certain they all read the same...
