I initially downloaded the trial version of this software a few days ago and started working on a project. While I've enjoyed using the software, I was unable to access the custom template functionality so I decided to purchase the full version today. I want to apply a custom template to the project I made a few days ago - is this possible or are templates only able to be applied during the pre "create-movie" phase?

you can't revert the process on a previously saved project. But you should still have your videos you used for it, right?
You should be able to just reload those videos and apply them to the newly created costum template.
I know it's not the solution you've looked for but i hope that, regardless of that, you still enjoy the software.
