Anyway to turn off update notifications?

Yes, I know there's an update available, thank you AP10 for reminding me again..... It's the update which removes the Stem Maker feature where I am currently undecided if I want to get rid of this feature or not.

Is there anyway to turn update notifications off so I no longer have to click the "update later" button every time I launch Acid?

Odd, that was the 1st thing I tried but I'm still getting the startup update notification.

sorry that didn't work. when I set my 'Preferences' that's the first thing I do is uncheck that but on further investigation disconnecting from the internet (at AP start up) MAY be the only way around this. (for now)

People like yourself may have purchased AP10 because of the advertised Stem Maker feature, Getting rid of it was rather bad form on Magix's part. Waiting till version 11 would, of course, been the right way to go. As owners of AP10 we are owed compensation for it's removal. After all it was used as a selling point to entice people to buy their product. I'm not trying to hijack your thread but the removal of Stem Maker is the direct cause of the problem you and many others are having. if you update AP10...what you paid for is gone. Cheers

^You are correct. This has got to be 1st program where I ever witnessed there was not a Turn off update notifications preference setting under the Help or Preference settings. I even tried removing the "Online" folder under the AP10 installation folder, since I don't use any online features but that didn't help as well. I guess I'll either bite the bullet and decide the STEM maker feature sucked anyways and update, or deal with the constant nag screen.
