You need to uninstall a program that is called something like Magix Cloud Import, Magix Connect or Magix Update Notifier. The name changes regularly so I don't know how it is called currently.

The next time you need to uncheck the bundled softwares that come with your Magix installer if you don't want to have it on your computer. It seems that you only clicked through the installer without looking at the options.

I see only one MAGIX program installed and it's called MAGIX Content and Soundpools. Do you think that's the program I need to uninstall? Thanks.
