Allocated Web Space Unavailable

I have Web Designer Version 18.5.0.63630 with an allocated web space of 5GB.I recently create a web page containing an MP4 video with a loaded size of 659MB. The other 22 elements in the folder total about 250K. My problem is that my Disk Space Used is displaying 2.26GB which means I have over 1.5GB of the 5GB unavailable.

I would appreciate any suggestions on how to reallocate the space as available. Thanks Mike.

With Web Designer you get 1 year of 'free' hosting included in the contract, has your Update Service/hosting contract expired?

Hi Mike

Have you checked in the Xara-Online Control Center, Web Space that there are not multiple versions of the same site or the video file in different folders.

If there are none I would suggest you contact Xara-online support.

One last question. If I publish my web designer page, how do you remove it from your web space?

I log on to the control centre and manually delete all the files. Is there an alternative way of removing your web pages? Thanks for your help John.

Deleting the entire site is done through the Control Centre manually as you have found, fortunately deleting all the .htm files and single folder index_htm_files will remove everything, including the folder contents.
