i read under here that if its issue with money..YES IT IS i must rather contact support. i try but several places at this site i try to contact support but nothing happend.reminded me of spam. but i have used this program for several years and whats happend to times now hasent happend before.i am angry.wery angry.only reason i used not mutch money for you and you,but for me. was a vocal line at a edm loop.i get it today happyt and what. the vocal loops wasent there,and i wasent aibel to use this in the program as the other loops. the second time that happwend but then i was at another site and getting the loop,but this i pay for here...it stink. i used so mutch money over the years and been faitfull to music.maker.jam. again and again i feel like a idiot that complain for things that aint ok. if you pay for a album with kizz.isn it kind of locic that kizz is on the record as in the comersial you so.angry and fooled again and again. i have every premium from 16 to now. have older versions to. this time i realy got hurt.
