Very unlikely - most Internet service providers place a cap on the maximium size of attachment that can be emailed.

The usual max size is 20Mb, though some ISP's limit this to only 2Mb.

Another option would be to use one of the many file sharing providers available specifically for transferring large files - some are free others paid for.  Study the terms and conditions carefully before selecting one.

Also it would be a good idea to compress the DVD files using Winzip or 7zip (freeware) into a Zip file before sending.
