I need 1 additional license for this product which was purchased from the Magix website on 11/25/22. Please provide information on how this can be done.
To elaborate, if you have the perpetual license version, Sound Forge Pro can be activated on a total of two (2) PCs simultaneously. If you need to run SF on a third PC at the same time as the first two, you would then need to purchase a second license. However .. you can deactivate Sound Forge on one of the two PCs and reactivate it on an alternate PC. Visit the MAGIX Service Center, and log in and go to 'My Products', Select 'Show more details' for the SF version you have and choose deactivate the one you currently do not need to work on. The alternate PC with SF can then be activated. This method can only be done once-a-month though. OTOH, SF can be deactivated directly in SF's 'Help' menu as often as you wish .. just select, 'Deactivate the Software on this PC' to free-up the activation on that PC, so SF can be activated on an alternate device.
If you have the subscription version, 'Sound Forge 365', that can only be activated on one (1) PC at a time. If you need to run 'Sound Forge 365' on a second PC, an additional license would need to be purchased. As @SP. stated, email Magix at infoservice@magix.net or sales@magix.net for more information. This is a users group and no one here (including the moderators) has access to purchases and customer information.

Usually you should be able to get a third license slot for a reduced price. This is how it worked for me in the past with Samplitude Music Studio. It didn't need to buy a completely new license again.
Hi @Al-Hasbrouck, if Sound Forge Audio Studio 17 was included with Samplitude Music Studio deal, the activation serial codes are usually in the email from Magix after purchase. The email could be in your junk or spam folder however. If you cannot find it, log on to your Magix Service Center account and look in 'My Products'. If it is not there, email Magix support with your purchase info: infoservice@magix.net.
