Adding Slides

Photostory 2016 Deluxe. When I try to add a number of slides to a slide show, by dragging, they don't end up where I want them. Also to move them from this position to where I want them, the programme only allows me to move one at a time. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Here is a quick video of moving multiple objects using the 2 different mouse modes in Timeline mode

Note: when moving objects to another point on the timeline you must create a gap if there is no room available - Photostory does not have an Insert mouse mode.
