Hello All, I am using photostory easy. I added a music track but when I play the slide show the music track will not play and I can not pull it to play till the end of the slide show or to its end. it is an mp3. what am I doing wrong? Windows 10.
I'm not acquainted with Photostory Easy so cannot be sure about this. However, I think one thing to check is whether PS Easy can handle and play .mp3 files. It is possible the software requires .wav files. Do you have the facility to convert your file from whatever "type" of .mp3 you have to, e.g., 48kHz, 16 bit .wav? If so, and if you insert this to the timeline, does it then play?
When you say you cannot pull it till the end of the slideshow or to its end, can you be more explicit about what you are trying to do? If you mean you cannot stretch the file (so it runs for longer) this can only be achieved if PS Easy allows for audio files to be time-stretched and also resampled. Such facility cannot really be made to work with an .mp3 file.
Also, can you show us a screenshot of your Timeline in PS Easy?
