Is it possible to add a MIDI event to stop an external sampler at a certain point in ACID Pro 11? (ACID is sending MIDI clock/control.)
My sampler MIDI list denotes "FCH" to stop the sampler playback. How do I insert that into ACID? Has anyone created a MIDI event to stop external hardware?
@DJ_Leo Good question. Usually, you need to create a SysEx MIDI message to control external hardware. You need to check the manual of your external device for the specific message that is needed.
I haven't done this yet, but the ACID manual has a chapter about creating SysEx-Keyframes. This might be what you need.
