Log into the MAGIX Service Center account here.
Click on "My products".
Select the product from the list and click on "Show more details".
Click "Deactivate" for your PC.
Open Xara 3d on the PC and try reactivating again. Make sure to use the same original email address. 

Xara 3d maker is a very old software and may not operate on the latest Windows versions.

I have it running successfully under Win 10 but whether it will still run under Win 11 I have no idea!
