Activation problem

Hi All,

i have a problem with activating my application: save my video tapes

When i type in the serial number and email addres i get an information that i have aceeded teh maximum amount of installations. i didnt uninstall teh software as the hdd went dead.

Can someone tell me how to get the activation process started? Who should i contact or where to write?

i have checked teh support on magix.com site but no email address only phones that dont answeer?

Hi

You need to contact support at magix.com  and ask for the activation counter to be reset, explaining why you need it resetting.
