I purchased Xara Designer Pro X Academic, (Xara Dsgn Pro X18 ACA ESD: 1 per unit), from ThinkEDU and cannot activate the product. I received an email from ThinkEDU with the sixteen-digit code. When I enter the code, I get the error message: Invalid serial number Please enter a valid serial number. I contacted ThinkEDU and was told that was all the information they had and to contact MAGIX. That sure did not work.

Any suggestions? I need help.
