Hi
If you used the programs code which begins with P3- this will not work.
The HEVC codec activation requires a specific activation code which, IIRC, begins with HEVCIC- followed by 5 sets of 5 numbers.
If you are using the correct code is your firewall/Antivirus blocking the program from accessing the Internet?
