This is a user forum, not a Magix support forum.  Activation problems are usually handled by Magix sales.  If you will tell me the country that you are in, I can send you the information on how to contact Magix sales for your purchase.

I am on extended vacation on the Isle of Mauritius, however I purchased my product from online USA...

When I try and contact support it will not take my computer ID either.

Hi Daniel,

Go to this site and click "Make a Request online" it will take you through a series of questions and you should just be able to submit at the end.

If that does not work you may want to call the number on the same page it could be costly especially if you have to wait on hold, but at least you may be able to get the product activated so you can start using it.
