AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THE SCREENSHOT, I HAVE 1-MORE AVAILABLE ACTIVATION. I BOUGHT A NEW 2ND COMPUTER AND IT WON'T LET ME INSTALL AND ACTIVATE THE SOFTWARE. THIS IS THE 2ND PRODUCT. SAME PROBLEM WITH SOUND FORGE. I'M SITTING HERE WITH A BRAND NEW COMPUTER AND I CAN'T GET IT SET UP NOW WAITING FOR EMAILS FROM YOU.THIS IS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT. HORRIBLE. NO LIVE CHAT - NOTHING. JUST SIT HERE IN LIMBO AND I DON'T EVEN KNOW IF THIS IS HANDLED BY THIS FORUM FOR TECH SUPPORT. YOUR WEBSITE HAS NO SIMPLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL OR CHAT. SO, I HAVE TO WASTE MY TIME CLICKING AROUND AND IT TAKES 20-MINUTES JUST TO FIGURE OUT WHERE I CAN REACH OUT FOR HELP AND I DONT EVEN KNOW IF THIS IS THE RIGHT PLACE. YOU SEARCH ACTIVATION AND THERE ARE NO LINKS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL. UNBELIEVABLE PLEASE LOOK AT THE SCREENSHOTS. THE ERROR CODE SAYS ANOTHER EMAIL ADDRESS. I DONT KNOW WHAT IT IS TALKING ABOUT. ACID SHOWS UP WHEN I LOOK AT MY PRODUCTS WITH THIS EMAIL ADDRESS. PLEASE ASSIST. THANK YOU.

Unfortunately you're right. You are writing in the wrong place and I would highly recommend removing that serial number even if it doesn't work for you. But the sad truth is, Magix is done with Acid Pro, they made as much money as they could with it and ran. As far as support, good luck, man. Its a shot in the dark, if someone gets back to you from Magix, it will be a miracle. I would just keep sending emails until you get a refund.
