activation

I bought and downloaded and installed MAGIX PHOTOSTORY DELUXE. I opened the software and I put in the serial number and my email address. When I went to activate the software, I got this message
It said I had no internet connection and I know I had internet connection. I had no trouble with activating MOVIEMAKER and TRAVEL MAPS. If we can’t get this resolved, then I want a REFUND. I tried and tried to activate MAGIX PHOTOSTORY DELUXE.

As @PATIENT-X writes, these are user to user forums so no Magix staff.

The problem you are seeing is usually caused by your firewall preventing PS connecting to the Magix registration server so the first thing to check in your firewall settings is that PS is allowed to make an outbound connection and the registration server is allowed inbound.

Which version of Windows are you running because this can also affect the settings required?
