Unfortunately, no-one who posts here can directly help you but you should be able to resolve the problem yourself.

Log in to your Magix Account, go to "My Products", find the entry for "PC Check and Tuning" and check on the number of activations listed. I suspect it is already showing three. Select the option to "Deactivate" any you no longer need. Then you should have no problem installing and activating it on your new PC.

If you cannot do this for any reason, your only alternative is to use the Support button in the header of any forum page to contact Magix Customer Service and explain the problem and ask that they reset your activations record.
