  1. Which program and version?
     
  2. What is your computer specification?
     
  3. Which version of Windows?
     
  4. If Windows 10 was this an upgrade from 7 or 8 ?
     
  5. If an upgrade was the 'program' installed before the upgrade?
     
  6. If not 4 and 5 - what else changed on the computer when the program stopped working?
