I have used this program for years on the same laptop, recently the program would not start anymore and a window suggested reinstallation of the software. I reinstalled and activated successfully online, but now I have to activate online every time I start the program, version 6.0.2.31

Is this Rescue your Video Tapes 6 released in Sept. 2012?
