Activating additional 2000 sounds

I just bought the boxed version of Magix Music Maker MX, and it says that I get 2,000 free sounds. What do I need to do to get these sounds?

I have an Emachines model T5234 with 1 GB Ram, built in Nvidia graphics, and a 300 GB hard drive.

If you use the search box to the right and enter 2000 sounds you will find there are many questions on the same topic.

I did look at that, but I still don't know how to enter the code for the additional sounds. I know there's a place to put in the code, and a link that says Redeem Cupon but when I enter the code for the 2000 additional sounds, it gives me an error saying the code could not be accepted and try again later. What am I doing wrong here?

This problem as you will have found has affected several users and there has been no definitive solution to the problem - despite it being solved.
