Acid pro 9 not recognizing Massive X vsti's or VST's

I just purchased Acid pro 9 and I finally got it to recognize Native Instruments Massive X by moving the .dll into the VST3 forlder for Acid pro but it isn't finding any of the presets that come with it. What do I have to do to get Acid pro to find the presets. Where do I put the VST's and VSTI's so I can use them in the Acid pro 9 program?

The programs are running on my HP Envy Intel I7-6700 2.60GHz 8 gig ram 64 bit operating system.

Dear @Austin-Cochran,

it's a bit strange that ACID hasn't recognized the Massive X. I tried it and Massive X was installed into C:\Program Files\VSTPlugins, which is a default scan path in ACID. Anyway, if you are missing Plugins which you have installed, you have to check the ACID scan paths. You'll find that option in the toolbar of the plugin manager. There you can add new scan paths.

To solve the Preset problem, please check if you have installed the MASSIVE X FACTORY LIBRARY. If you have installed that, the presets should be recognized.

Best regards,
