I've upgraded from AP7 and have been a user since Sonic Foundry days! I have Not gotten any e-mail for my Free Upgrade to AP8! Please contact me or let me know how this can be done.....I've paid my money!

Hi @LG-Spot, if you purchased AP7 within the free upgrade window you will find links to download AP8 magix.com profile.

Browse to http://magix.com
click the account icon in the top right, and log in with the account created during the AP7 purchase
click My Products
You should see AP listed here with download links and serial number

If that's missing there is a number to call support at the bottom of that page to help resolve the issue.
