Acid Pro 365 file conversion to Acid Music Studio

Hello All...

New here, so will try to make/keep this short
Hopefully it's self explanatory but here's the crib notes version.

Long time user of Acid Music Studio 10
Saw the opportunity to try out AP 365 for 3 months.
Didn't see the need for added cost when pretty much AMS 10 did all the same/similar things

So, Opening Music Studio 10
Opening a tune to continue working on (was created and saved with AcidPro 365)

Studio can't read the file, won;t open the file at all.
so ok...I've had 2 Acid Music Studio's opened, and can copy and paste files from one to the other with no problem.
so this should be simple correct?

Open Music studio, with as many new, empty tracks as the project I'm working on.
Open Acid Pro 365
Select all files in AP365
Copy, and paste to AMS 10
doesn't work
Drop and drag doesn't work

Have to export the files to a folder, then reconstruct the project one at a time.

Question 1.
Is there a way to convert the 365 files or save them so that either previous versions of Acid Pro can read them?
Question 2.
Is there also a way to copy all project files, other than exporting them, simple drag and drop should be no brainer but
apparently it isn't

Long winded...yes....but hopefully you get what I'm asking.
Appreciate it, looking forward to some excellant tips.
