Acid Pro 10 Stem Maker

For some reason I cant find the Stem Maker anywhere. Its not in the toolbar or I cant access it in the explorer when i right click on a particular track. Does anyone know a different way to find it? Its really weird I have acid pro 10 and i cant use it.
