Acid Music Studio MIDI volume envelope

When recording MIDI with AMS, sometimes a volume envelope comes up. It seems to have no effect on the volume of the track. Is this a bug or a feature?

We have released the AMS update 11.0.10.21 yesterday, so I need to ask you which exact version do you use?

We are not aware of this behaviour, but we will try to reproduce (and then fix) it if you have this issue with the latest AMS version.
