Acid Music 11 (11.0.7) update fails with error MS Visual C++ 2013

Application notifies that there is an update at startup when running Acid Music 11 11.0.7 (Build 18) 64 bit

Installation can be selected immediately or deferred until the application closes. Either way installation fails with an error.

This was attempted on 9/12 and 9/14 with the same result.

Some other users had this problem in the past. I usually helps to uninstall Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable from Windows. The ACID installer should then reinstall it without problems.

Thanks. I have 5 and the versioning numbers look fishy.

again, thanks. I don't know if it is choking on the x64 that is showing as most recently installed or the x86 that may be a part of the update. There is a YT video of someone uninstalling a redistributable but he has one redistributable not 5. I may pass on this one.
