@Tuffcub I think the message is talking about the MP3 license. I believe you need to be online for it to activate during the first usage.

Could be your firewall blocking the connection. Alternatively you can try to reset the program settings by holding CTRL and SHIFT and double clicking on the program icon. A small window should appear asking you to reset the program settings and clean the cache. Try to export to MP3 again after doing this.
