ACID 11 PRO SUITE LOOPS

I purchased ACID 11 Pro Suite on as part of the recent sale and the product page indicates that it has 16GB of loops and 70GB of Independence sounds.
However after going to Help Download loops and instruments, the Independence downloads are between 69 -70 GB including the instrument, so all good there. However the loops appear to only be the 13.6GB that comes with the normal producer level. I am missing approx 3GB of loops for the Suite level purchase.

This article from Oct 2023 https://www.magix.info/us/forum/bought-pro-11-suite-with-16gb-acidized-loops-but-where-can-i-find-them--1329027/ mentions a coupon for the extra loops, but I have not received an email that mentions Suite level loops or a coupon for the 3 GB difference. The only coupons I have received via email are the new user coupon, and the two coupons related to Music Maker, nothing for ACID loops.

Do I need to do something different for the extra "SUITE" level loops?

The Forum will not let me edit my original post so I have to comment like this.

In addition to the missing loops, Independence Pro will not load ANY of the Independence PRO presets as it thinks an older version of the Free Libraries is still installed. I have removed all instances of Independence from my machine as well as uninstalled the plugin versions and the library instances as listed in the Add Remove Programs in Windows 10 Pro.
I have performed multiple re-installs of Independence Pro, as well as tried to remove the references for the free Libraries in the Preferences, as well as manually deleted the old Free Libraries and its folder. I still cannot get it to work as it tells me there are duplicate versions of the files, but then gripes that the Free libraries are missing.

Are there any Registry items I need to clean up after uninstalling Independence?
Do I have to delete the Pro libraries from my machine and re-download them? (That 70GB takes 19 hours to download and install regardless of how fast my internet is.)

@Ryan-Guiney There are two things I want to ask you about your installation of Independence.

Are you running Independence inside Acid or somewhere else? I'm pretty sure it will not load any presets outside of Acid, simply because it is limited to functioning inside Acid. At least it works this way in another Magix software, Samplitude. If you want to run it somewhere else, you'll need to get a separate standalone license for Independence.

Did you run the Independence Pro Library installer? You first need to install the sampler with its own installer and then need to install the library with a second installer. The second installer will write a lot of stuff into the registry. Without that information the presets will not load.

You can upload screenshots of what you are doing to this forum via the blue arrow icon.

There are some free loop packs available in the in-app-store or at ProducerPlanet.com. I believe this counts towards the 16 GB of loops.
