ACID 10 cant input serial number

I recently purchased a new computer and I am reinstalling Acid 10, however the prompt to enter my code does not work.......It lets me input one number and thats it....Help?

@Anthony-Sferlazza Make sure you don't have a modifier key like Caps Lock enabled. Does copy and paste work?
