I am getting a program freeze and crash with an access violation error. No logs are captured, and it doesn't always crash right away (although typically it does). I have an i9 and a GeForce 3080 with 32 GB of RAM so I don't think it's my PC. How can I get a refund for this?

See this tutorial to determine if a fault condition has been recorded in the Windows reliability Monitor.
If the PC is running Windows 11 check that the Windows settings, Accessibility, Text cursor option is set to off. Some users have reported this affecting Magix programs.
Which model of i9 processor is in the PC?
Are the drivers for the i9 - if it has an integrated GPU - and the GTX 3080 up to date - the latest versions are 31.0.101.3790/31.0.101.2114 and 527.56 (31.0.15.2756) respectively.
Do note that access violations can be caused by other programs that are running at the same time.
