I updated the magix movie program I have now when I down load a video and watch it or get ready to put it into another program I see the dam logo in the upper right corner of the screen. "MAIN CONCEPT LOGO" I don't want it or even asked for it.

How do I remove this intruding LOGO.

Thank you for eveyone who lets me know, it means a lot to me.

Thank you

Derek

Hi Derek,

This just indicates that the program you're using to replay those video clips is utilizing a the Main Concept MPEG-4 decoder to play the material. Since it's just a trial version of that decoder, it will display that logo. So, don't worry - the logo has not been embedded into your actual video material.

In order to get rid of it, just install another suitable DirectShow MPEG-4 codec that your video playing program can use and override the Main Concept codec. Try one of these:

http://www.divx.com
http://www.xvid.org

You could also use a program to replay your MPEG-4 clips that doesn't rely on the DirectShow codec system and uses its own routines for decoding, e.g. Video Lan Client:

I hope this helps!
