Hi

Without knowing which version of Photostory you have - you should always state the name and version (in full) of the software you are using - it is difficult to give an accurate answer - not all versions support 4k.

However if the version you have supports 4k export then you select the MPEG 4 export option and choose one of the UHDTV presets.

Thank you for your reply John.

I have Photostory Deluxe 2015.

There doesn't appear to be any way of saving a 4K file to my computer. However there is an option to upload to YouTube in 4K but I have never been able to make that work. It always says there was a problem uploading.

Martin :)

Hi

. . . . There doesn't appear to be any way of saving a 4K file to my computer. . . .

They are there - you have to check the Display all option shown below

Then they appear

John, your assistance is very much appreciated. I do not however have the 4K option in the drop down menu.

Is this an additional plug in or something that I have to purchase?

yerphonebox wrote on 8/24/2015, 3:59 PM

Found it John. It's under Mpeg-4 and not Mpeg file.

Thank you very much for taking the time to help me. Very much appreciated.

Hi

I have installed the trial version of Photostory 2015 Deluxe (default settings) and the UHDTV options are definitely there.

Check which version you have in the top bar of the program as shown here

and the version name, version number under Help, About . . . . as shown below.

If you have Photostrory Easy then this does not support UHDTV.

From the image you have posted it loks like you have selected the Video as MPG export and not Video as MPEG 4 which is the correct export option.
