Connect to server and ask me to enter email and password then as I'm typing it crashes and says could not connect, please check internet connection, but i don't have any issues with internet seems to be software issue running on windows 10

When i click try again i get an error

I get an Server error , critical and the system keeps re-trying to he rn process again with the same outcome

Please help
