Hi, I see no one has answered your question, and unfortunately I am not in a position to help either, I am just wondering if you could tell me why a one second delay is causing you trouble, is it causing the likes of footage to un synch from where you set it to start or stop, is it causng your footage to overlap or something, I just don't understand the question and therefor can not see the problem.

Regards, johnp

The problem is so onerous because we have to edit a political program for our web tv/portal. And when our guests are talking fast one second is a very long time.

Thank you for your response, is the delay observed in the finished product, or as you are viewing in the preview window, is your finished project on disk or hard drive, if on disk does the problem occur while playback on a computer or are you using a proper dvd player with the appropriate decoding, have you attempted to update your players firmware. Something as small as a gap on the track will obviously cause a percieved delay in your footage.

I just remembered, three weeks ago, made a copy of a disk I give out to people, used the same program, same settings, and when I put it in the household dvd player, it stubmled for a second, volume absent picture momenterily stuck, nothing else to blame but the disk used, maybe you could re burn / export your project again to see what happens.

Kind Regards,  johnp
